By accessing and using Eythio (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Eythio is currently in beta, and features may change without prior notice.
2. Description of Service
Eythio is a sprint and release planning, execution tracking, and bug management platform. The Service provides tools for organizing releases, managing sprints, tracking tasks and bugs, and accounting for the real cost of delivery.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, transmitting harmful code, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Beta Disclaimer
Eythio is currently in beta. The Service is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eythio and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
