Cancellation and Refunds

1. No Refunds
All payments made to Eythio are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription fees, seat charges, or other payments, whether the plan is partially used or unused.
2. Free Trial Before You Pay
New organisations get a 90-day Pro trial with no payment method required. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during the trial so you can decide with confidence before any charge is made.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
4. Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free tier or is deactivated in line with your plan.
